Pocket Holic opened in Kensington in 2021, inspired by inari sushi: a pouch of seasoned fried tofu filled with sushi rice. Our version adds a topping, and that tofu “pocket” is where our name comes from. It is what Pocket Holic calls “the first & best topping inari sushi in YYC”.
